Being the peak model of the new Nimax "Optima" series, Monolith is innovating the concept of card personalization with a complete and ambitious program of production systems and devices, for an extended range of products (also outside the ISO guidelines) for the maximum flexibility in one line.

Monolith brings the winning concepts of the actual Nimax "Performa" series of production systems to a new and higher level: the already unique vacuum feeder evolves into an extraordinary planetary vacuum feeding system, reliable and precise at every speed. The open device architecture becomes a macro-modular system of open architecture blocks, allowing any kind of machine configuration, yet granting the freedom of repositioning and replacement with a faster and easier method. The well-proven vacuum conveyor system is extended to ensure personalization of a wide range of products with a higher grade of precision, thanks to calibrated brushless motors and selectable vacuum zones.

The already sharp rejection device is now a precise vacuum rejection bridge, with multiple eject zones to allow card differentiation, and with positive rejection feed to avoid any potential production contamination.

The main concept of the Monolith series is to enclose in one cabinet every portion of the production line, with no need of external units (therefore saving floor space and avoiding unauthorized access), thus becoming an exceptionally safe environment for valuable data, hardware and software.

The available range of personalization devices exceeds the industry standards, including a wide range of printing and marking systems, a selection of laser markers (of multiple technologies), a large choice of video inspection systems (from print, panel and whole card verification), a complete series of panel application devices (including precision labeling, fast hot stamping, flexo printing), electronic data encoding (from fast mag stripe encoding to chip encoding, RFID). With the Monolith system, Nimax offers today the highest performance levels of the industry and the outmost versatility of product dimensions and available personalization devices.
