Among the few high speed personalization lines, DeltaCard G1 holds a special place as one of the most reliable and versatile systems available, at a true 20.000 cards per hour matched by every element in the production line.

Many are the design features that make DeltaCard unique and outstanding from the rest: starting from its very high capacity loader, matched to a precise vacuum feeder allowing fast card feeding, without jamming or surface scratches, the two-way speed set point to ensure the most versatile production combination, the vacuum conveyor system with calibrated timing belts, the pin-sharp rejection system, its structure made of stainless steel and solid aluminum, just to name a few.

Its open device architecture allows the placement of a wide range of personalization units, from a rich selection of ink jet printers, to multiple video inspection systems, from magnetic stripe encoding to laser surface engraving, from RFID encoding to multiple labeling stations, from hot stamping units to automatic stacking and counting groups.

DeltaCard is also one of the most customizable systems ever, being so versatile as to allow production of prepaid scratch cards, gift cards, fidelity, ID and access cards, vouchers and tickets and many other card products with the same base machine.
