Whether for small to medium production lots or for quick making of samples, or as an efficient backup for a personalization line, HS 800 is the ideal companion to the cost conscious Card Manufacturer.

Its reliable construction, together with a stainless and solid aluminum structure, makes it an ever ready workhorse for most personalization needs, loading up to 500 cards at a time.

HS 800 can be equipped with ink jet printing heads, labelers, laser markers, magnetic stripe encoders and many other personalization devices to match a wide range of production configurations, as well as it makes a truly versatile base for custom applications.

The unit is ideal for card numbering and/or barcoding, scratch-off card personalization, ticketing, card coding or engraving, card counting, card pre-processing and for all those operations that make any other systems un-competitive for production.

The integrated electronic operator panel allows input of most production parameters, speed and counting.

hot foil card personalization unit
The fastest up-down hot stamping unit in the market, HS Foil combines a complete card personalization system in a compact and open structure, and with a competitive investment/return ratio.

The unit can be equipped with ink jet printing heads and video inspection systems in two positions, and has a fully automatic, computer controlled card rejection and error recovery system.

With its unique cartridge quick system that allows a very fast foil roll changeover, HS Foil ensures the highest efficiency achievable on a hot stamping unit, while its finely engineered tool/anvil group allows extreme precision and repeatability, down to 0,2 mm! HS Foil has one of the widest stamping areas of its category, with almost 1500 square mm with standard
head and up to 2500 square mm with optional wide head, thus allowing the placement of signature panels too.

HS Foil benefits from the same computer controller installed on larger systems of Nimax's "Performa" series, thus granting maximum data security and verified operator/supervisor access.

Thanks to its compact size and reduced investment, HS Foil is ideal to becoming a dedicated line for scratch cards, fidelity cards, and every other product requiring a stamped panel, and a complete personalization management.
