CARD DIVISION CLOSES ITS COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES AND ANNOUNCES A PARTNERSHIP WITH ATLANTIC ZEISER

As markets and businesses experience life cycles, so it is for Nimax, therefore we are to inform you that Nimax Card Division will definitely close its active commercial activities as of 1st January 2010 (after having nearly ceased its market presence since Q4 2009), as a consequence of a business decision to withdraw from the card equipment market.
At the same time we are proud to announce that this process will be also assisted by Atlantic Zeiser GmbH with whom Nimax has agreed a win-win commercial partnership for this purpose.
The most noticeable effects of this business decision will be that no new card business will be sought for Nimax Card Division and no new machines will be manufactured. Our R&D team will be re-addressed to our core activities, so no new developments are as well to be expected in future.
Please rest reassured that this will only affect new business at Card Division, since Nimax will continue its growing path with its core activities, as well as technical assistance and spare parts will continue to be available for your Nimax existing products.
